Your own contactless debit or credit card sits inside the holder. At a compatible payment terminal, tap the holder where you would normally tap your card. The holder is not a payment account, and no bank card is included.
Do I need to connect it to an app?
No app, charging, or bank-account setup is needed for the card-holder products. Your compatible contactless card makes the payment. Contact-sharing NFC keychains are a separate kind of product.
Can you add my name or make something custom?
Look for personalization choices on the product page. You can also preview a nameplate or AirTag case in the design studio. For a new idea, logo, or larger order, send us a message.
When will my order ship?
Made-to-order pieces, including personalized designs, take 2-3 business days to make. Then allow the shipping transit time. Custom artwork begins after the details are approved. Read shipping details.
What happens if there is a problem?
Contact our small shop with your order reference and a description of the issue. For damaged items, include photos. Read the returns and order-help policy for the terms that apply to your item.
